Miers Physical Therapy accepts cash, check, credit card and HSA card payments at the time of service. We are also a participating provider with Medicare, meaning we will bill them directly for you.

As a cash based clinic, you will be provided with everything you need to submit your claim directly to your commercial insurance plan. Most clients receive some form of reimbursement, depending on their specific insurance plan, and the cost can be applied directly to your deductible, even if out of network.
